Former National Counterterrorism Center Director Joe Kent is officially scheduled to appear on Mark Levin’s radio show on Monday night after a back-and-forth between the two over scheduling the interview on X.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Kent agreed to appear on Levin’s show earlier this week following his resignation from the National Counterterrorism Center.
Still, Levin has continued to attack Kent and suggested that Kent was too scared to appear on the radio show.
Levin further slammed Kent on Saturday morning, calling him “pathetic” and accusing him of obfuscating the truth about attempts to schedule the interview.
“Joe Kent, my producer cannot find your number. He’s contacted you several times via the Internet. I’d like to interview you on radio about several things. You don’t get to tell me where and how to conduct an interview. We don’t have your number,” Levin said.

Prior to this, Kent wrote on X, “I have not heard from your team, DMs are open & I have the same cell as I did in 2024 when I was last on your show. To have an in depth conversation we should talk in person on your weekend show on Fox. What do you say?”
At about the same time, Levin was writing the post, slamming Kent as “pathetic,” Levin’s producer responded to Kent’s post, saying that he sent a direct message, and Kent replied, “Responding to the dm I see from today,” contemporaneous with Levin’s post.
Kent then publicly confirmed that he will appear on Levin’s radio show with a mea culpa for missing a direct message on X. “I’d think the Fox interview would be better but this will work,” he said, thanking Levin’s producer for reaching out:

Levin responded, “We now have a day and time. Not sure why all the drama. Joe Kent will be interviewed on my radio show 8:05 PM eastern on Monday. See you then!”

This comes after Kent’s interview with Tucker Carlson, where he made bombastic claims about the war in Iran and Israel’s influence over the Trump Administration, and he even questioned the Charlie Kirk assassination and attempted Trump assassination in Butler, Pennsylvania. Kent spoke of the bizarre circumstances surrounding the would-be Trump assassin and the Charlie Kirk assassin, as well as the roadblocks he faced trying to investigate it at the National Counterterrorism Center.
