Nine people were injured in an overnight shooting at a Cincinnati event and music venue early on Sunday.
Police received a call around 1 am for the shooting inside Riverfront Live along Kellogg Avenue. “Multiple shots” were fired inside the establishment, police say.
Nine were injured with gunshot wounds. A motive for the shooting and details on the suspect are still unclear.
In CCTV footage from outside the venue, the gunshots can be heard going off. In another video, event attendees are seen running out of the area to their cars.
A local business owner told reporters, “All I seen was a dozen people running and friends are calling me, asking me if everything’s okay. And that’s when I found out there was a shooting.”
“I have plenty of CCTV footage, and working with them, and stayed up all night going through all my footage, and here I am,” he added.
