Arizona State Senator and Retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Wendy Rogers spoke to The Gateway Pundit earlier this week to give her take on the Democrats’ calls for a military uprising against President Trump and the Department of War’s investigation into former Navy Captain and Senior Democratic Arizona Senator Mark Kelly.
This comes after Mark Kelly and five other Democratic lawmakers, all with credentials in the military and intelligence apparatus, told active duty service members and intelligence officials in a recent video message that they have a “duty” to disobey “illegal” orders from President Trump. However, Trump has not given any illegal orders. This was an attempt to sow doubt and interfere with military operations.
Democratic Senator Elissa Slotkin (MI), the former CIA agent in the conspiracy, even admitted that Trump has not given a single illegal order to members of the military! Still, she threatened service members with thinly veiled warnings, comparing Trump to Adolf Hitler and suggesting they may face tribunals like the Nuremberg Trials. She further pointed to movies like “A Few Good Men” to intimidate military members into thinking twice before they follow this President.
President Trump recently described their actions as “traitorous” and signaled that the “military courts” are looking into the crime.

The Department of War later announced on Monday that Mark Kelly may be recalled into active duty to undergo court-martial proceedings for misconduct under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Specifically, Kelly is under investigation for violations of federal laws, including 18 U.S.C. § 2387, which prohibits “actions intended to interfere with the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the armed forces,” the Department said.
Kelly, the only retired commissioned officer in the military, is “the only one of the six who can be recalled to active duty,” unlike the others who are not retired, Rogers explained.
He is still subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice and recall into active duty for court-martial proceedings, while the other five seditious lawmakers are subject to Department of Justice indictments, which Rogers said she expects to be “the next shoe to drop.”
“If this were to happen, it’d be fairly unprecedented, but we’re in very unprecedented times,” Rogers added.
Rogers further responded to Gallego’s unhinged and profane video response, where he said “F*ck you” to Pete Hegseth and President Trump, which she described as “so off-color, so inappropriate, unprofessional, and really indicative of how unhinged and ill-prepared, and scared the Democrats are.”

Rogers described the move, headed in part by former CIA officer Elissa Slotkin, as a “CIA operation” and an attempt to “start a color revolution” because the Democrats can’t win in court or with their relentless attempts to stonewall and stop Trump’s success in the White House.
“What they’re actually doing is they’re injecting doubt” among service members, Rogers said, describing Slotkin’s references to Nuremberg and Hollywood court-martial proceedings as a “fanciful” attempt to come off as having the military’s back.
“They don’t have anyone’s back in the military. They’re the legislature! They don’t have any executive authority,” she continued, further highlighting the irony from when the Democrats pushed illegal orders onto military members by forcing them to get the COVID shot or be discharged. “Now, when the shoe is on the other foot and the Democrats are at a loss— they’re losing in the Supreme Court, they’re losing in the future probably at the midterms because of redistricting, and moreover, because the economy is resurging and because President Trump is having all these victories every day— they just don’t know what to do.”

Conradson: You’ve been known to call for perp walks. How about a plank walk for Mark Kelly?
Rogers: Well, Mark Kelly is the only one of the six who can be recalled to active duty because he’s a retired service member, and when you’re a retired service member, you’re still subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the UCMJ. So, irrespective of the fact that he’s a United States Senator and that he’s an officer or an astronaut or whatever, he’s subject to the UCMJ, so he can be called back to active duty and court-martialed. And this I—, if this were to happen, it’d be fairly unprecedented, but we’re in very unprecedented times, and for the other US senator to have an expletive-laden tirade is just so off color, so inappropriate, unprofessional, and really indicative of probably how unhinged and ill prepared and scared the Democrats are.
And so then you have these other five individuals who are subject to the DOJ, and I kind of looked into this, they can be gone after by the US Attorney over their congressional district, or these cases can be put together, and the US Attorney from the DC, Washington, DC office, can go after them. And I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the next shoe to drop.
Conradson: What do you think of an officer in the United States Navy calling for people who are serving in the military, young people my age, younger than me, actually, 19-year-olds, who just joined the military, who really don’t know anything about necessarily the law or the Constitution, to defy their commander in chief?
Rogers: Well, what they’re actually doing is they’re injecting doubt, sort of laying a predicate for them to be able to then excuse themselves for hesitating and not obeying a lawful order. But the bottom line is sort of twofold. Number one, when a person goes into the military, he or she goes through a lot of training and information gathering on what is lawful and what is not. And secondly, it’s insulting to the military to have these people talk down to them and tell them they should question a lawful order, they should have doubt, they should be wondering if what they’re being told to do is correct or not, and if not, go to their Judge Advocate General, JAG officer, the military lawyer branch to ask.
That’s patently ridiculous because before you deploy, you’re not going to do that, least of all when you’re in a theater of operations, and you’re told to so-called charge that hill, “Oh, wait a minute. I’m not sure if this is correct. I’m going to drop back and ask if this is a correct order.” That’s just A, unrealistic, and B, it’s an insult to the minds of our fine service members, who, by the way, are exceeding recruiting quotas because the warrior ethos is alive and well in the United States military. They love their commander in chief, they love their Secretary of War, and this is an inciting of questioning and nibbling at the edges of sedition.
Conradson: Especially in times of conflict with what’s going on in Venezuela in the Caribbean, you can’t just go and ask your JAG officer, like, “Hey, Mr. JAG officer, can I actually strike this drug boat who’s bringing enough drugs to kill 25,000 people in America? What’s the logic behind that, Colonel?
Rogers: Well, they’re trying to compare that, which is a black and white situation, to the Nazi officers who murdered millions and who were tried at Nuremberg. Or this, this fanciful Tom Cruise movie, you know, A Few Good Men. It’s fanciful. It’s fantasy is what it is, and what they’re trying to do is really a CIA op, CIA operation, which is instill doubt and say, “Oh, you know, tribally, we’re with you, and we have your back.” They don’t have anyone’s back in the military.
They’re the legislature! They don’t have any executive authority. They don’t have any way to back someone up. And, oh, by the way, where were you when the illegal order was given to mandate the COVID shot, and people backed away from that and were run out of the military because of that? Where were you then?
Conradson: We saw what happened to these members who refused the illegal vaccine mandate that they imposed on our military members. What do you think, however, would happen if Republicans were to tell the troops that they should defy the Commander in Chief, Joe Biden, back one year ago, not just defy his mandate, but defy his military operations?
Rogers: Well, there you go. I mean, people didn’t join the military to begin with because of that, because they had a higher calling and a duty to their country. And so that is a situation, where they did not capitulate and would not have. And now, when the shoe is on the other foot and the Democrats are at a loss— they’re losing in the Supreme Court, they’re losing in the future probably at the midterms because of redistricting, and moreover, because the economy is resurging and because President Trump is having all these victories every day— they just don’t know what to do. So, what do they start? They try to start a color revolution.
Conradson: You mentioned that they’re trying to pull a color revolution. What do you think their consequence shoule be? It seems like treason to me; it seems like sedition. What should they face? Is it hangings like President Trump has appeared to suggest?
Rogers: It’s sedition, not treason, because you’re not aligning with another foreign power to overtake us. You’re doing it from within. And let the evidence decide, let the courts decide, but at least get it out into the limelight. Have it evaluated, have the rest of the country see it for what it is. It’s unprecedented, historically.
