As The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson reported, US Veteran, television host, author, and former National Guard officer Pete Hegseth is answering questions this morning before the US Senate Armed Services Committee.
Pete Hegseth is President Trump’s nominee for US Secretary of Defense and has battled garbage allegations from far-left Democrats along with the fake news media. He has been hit with libelous smears of sexual misconduct from anonymous ‘sources’ who only want to ruin his career and livelihood.
Democrats are expected to continue amplifying these false allegations along with other outrageous attacks on Hegseth’s character.
This afternoon, Senator Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren (D-MA) had the opportunity to embarrass the war hero, but she ended up red-faced.
Warren botched her line of questioning at one point while trying to smear Hegseth. She started by ‘explaining‘ that generals are banned from serving in the defense industry for 10 years and asked if he would “put his money where his mouth is” by doing the same.
With this line of questioning, Warren seemed to think that Hegseth was a general for some reason. Hegseth at first smiled and understandably said he had not thought about this.
This was embarrassing enough. But Warren doubled down and asked Hegseth the same question. This time, Hegseth wrecked Pocahontas by reminding her he was not a general, which caused onlookers to burst out laughing.

WARREN: In other words, You are quite sure every General who serves should not go directly into the defense industry for 10 years but you’re not willing to make that same pledge?
HEGSETH: I’m not a general, Senator.
