It did not take long for the left to start making sick comments blaming yesterday’s shooting at Brown University at the feet of President Trump, even though the bodies are still warm and no suspect has been named.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, multiple people were shot at Brown University in Rhode Island on the second day of final exams on Saturday.
Two people are dead, and at least nine were injured in the mass shooting.
A shelter-in-place directive remained in effect for the greater Brown University area several hours after the shooter committed his act of terrorism. It was finally lifted this morning.
Students finally evacuated from the school at 8:45 pm ET on Saturday.
A suspect has been arrested but not identified by authorities.
However, none of this stopped Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) from appearing on CNN’s State of the Union and telling host Dana Bash that Trump caused what happened at Brown University.
“This is not shocking,” Murphy claimed. “Over the last year, Trump has been engaged in a dizzying campaign to increase violence in this country.”
What a sick statement by the senator.
Murphy then went on to cite supposed examples of such a campaign, which in reality are nothing more than Trump protecting the Second Amendment rights of American citizens.
Unsurprisingly, Bash did nothing to counter this disgusting smear.

If the facts turn out that the shooter was another deranged leftist or radical Islamist, Murphy will look even dumber than he already is.
The corporate media, though, will give him a free pass.
