The Parents Demanding Justice Alliance asks for your help in pushing for protection and restitution from the prior regime’s unconstitutional actions against American parents.
The First Amendment guarantees the right of the American people to speak freely, petition their government, and participate in local civic affairs without fear of reprisal. Yet, under the prior administration, the Department of Justice and affiliated agencies engaged in politically motivated actions that targeted parents who expressed legitimate concerns at schools and school board meetings. This conduct constituted a grave abuse of power and an assault on the foundational rights of American citizens.
Attached is an important Open Letter to President Trump and a petition. This initiative is already supported by a focus group of numerous national voices, including Kelly John Walker (FreedomTalk), David Sumrall (Stop Hate), Joe Hoft, Alex Newman, Sam Sorbo, Seak Smith—with more to come.
