Michigan serves as the model for how dirty voter rolls and and corrupt top election officials can cause an entire nation to question the validity of election results.
On July 25, 2025, the Civil Rights division of the US Department of Justice demanded that SOS Benson respond to their request for documents related to the state’s voter registration processes. The letter asked her to explain Duplicate registrations (45.7% of all transactions), low removal rates of ineligible voters, potential violations of federal voter ID laws and Compliance with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) & Help America Vote Act (HAVA). Benson, who has been term-limited and is now running in the Democrat primary for governor of Michigan, was given 14 days to comply. She either refused to comply or ignored the DOJ’s request, as former MI Senator Patrick Colbeck, who has been at the forefront of the fight for fair and transparent elections in the state of Michigan explained on Truth Social.

Weeks before the 2024 election, the Gateway Pundit warned of a massive Democrat scam to push through potentially hundreds of thousands or even millions of illegitimate NON-Military UOCAVA or “overseas votes.” Most American voters are unaware that federal rules allow non-military overseas voter registration applicants to skip the ID portion on the federal voter application website (FVAP). In Michigan, as is the case in many other states, the non-military overseas voter registration applicant can still vote in the state’s elections even if they’ve never lived in the U.S. They only have to provide an address where they claim to be somehow connected. Yes, it’s really that easy…
One month before the election, the RNC joined the MIGOP to sue MI SOS Jocelyn Benson and Director of Elections Jonathan Brater in the Michigan Court of Claims. The lawsuit challenged Benson’s guidance, that could allow non-citizens or even fake voters, who have never lived in Michigan, and have no ties to the state, to cast ballots in swing state of Michigan’s elections.
From the lawsuit that claims the current UOCAVA guidance is a violation of the Michigan Constitution:
Despite the Constitution’s unambiguous adjure that no person may vote in Michigan unless they reside in Michigan, the Secretary of State has distributed guidance that “A United States citizen who has never resided in the United States but who has a parent, legal guardian, or spouse who was last domiciled in Michigan is eligible to vote in Michigan as long as the citizen has not registered or voted in another state.”
An appeal was filed on October 21, 2025 after Democrat Judge Sima Patel, a Democrat Governor Whitmer appointee, dismissed the MIGOP and RNC lawsuit against MI SOS Jocelyn Benson and the MI Director of Elections, Jonathan Brater. The lawsuit simply asked for the two top election officials to follow the MI Constitution and verify that ONLY Michigan residents can vote in our elections from overseas.
Last week, three Democrat Governor Whitmer, appointed judges on the MI Court of Appeals ,agreed with the decision by the Democrat judge on the Michigan Court of Claims, affirming the lower court’s decision and essentially claiming that the RNC waited too long to file their complaint.
Unfortunately, the RNC didn’t know about the 31 voters with Yiddish names, registered at the coffee shop at 12041 Dexter Ave., in one of Detroit’s most dangerous neighborhoods, when they appealed Benson’s ridiculous guidance on non-military UOCAVA voters.
An incredible investigator working for Check My Vote recently reached out to the Gateway Pundit with verifiable proof of hundreds of duplicate voters in Michigan. One of her incredible finds involved THREE different voter ID’s attached to what appears to be ONE woman with the first name of “Leah” and the same birth year of “2000.” The top-notch investigator also noted that the triplicate voter, each with the first name “Leah,” who are listed on the Michigan QVF (Qualified Voter Rolls), are all registered to vote from the SAME address in Detroit. My investigation into these duplicate voters, which she marked as possbily living in a coffee house, led to a stunning discovery!
Leah Schif, born in 2000, registered to vote on Oct. 30, 2024 and her sex is listed as “U” or unidentified. Leah Chodosh, also born in 2000, registered to vote on Nov. 25, 2024 and her sex is also listed at “U.” Leah Weiss-Itzkovitz, whose registration was recently “challenged” (CH) by an outsider, was also born in 2000 and like “Leah Chodosh,” registered to vote on November 25, 2024 and her sex is listed as “U.”
The investigation into the three “Leah’s” that all allegedly live at the same coffee shop, all have the same birth year, all list their sex as “U” or Unidentified and registered to vote after the 2024 elecion led to a BOMBSHELL discovery.
Check My Vote, a website created and maintained by the brilliant election integrity guru, Phani Mantravadi is the perfect place to investigate potential voter registration fraud, as well as identification and voter fraud. With only a few clicks on the CMV site, we were able to identify 13 recently registered “NON-UOCAVA” voters with Israeli addresses, who had all registered to vote at the coffee shop at 12041 Dexter Ave., Detroit, only days before the 2024 general election. Of the13 of the voters (all have Yiddish names), 12 list their gender as “U” or undecided. Only one identifies as “M” or male. THREE of the registered voters with Israeli addresses voted in the 2024 general election. All three of the voters registered to vote at the coffee shop with Israeli addresses on Oct. 31, 2024.
We were curious about the 13 registered voters with Israeli addresses, so we asked a friend with an intelligence background to knock on the doors of the so-called “Michigan voters” while he was in Israel for an extended period of time. We were stunned to discover that after knocking on their doors, NONE of the individuals could be found at the addresses used to register them to vote.
Here’s where it get even more outrageous—EVERY SINGLE one of the 13 registered voters that used Israeli addresses to register to vote (3 of whom cast votes in the 2024 election), have ALL now flipped to “Permanent Absentee Voter” “Non-UOCAVA” voter status in the state of Michigan, yet their Israel addresses remain on the voter rolls. Federal UOCAVA law states that non-military overseas voters MUST re-register to vote each election year. In order for these 13 so-called voters to become permanent absentee voters, they would have had to all move back to the coffee shop and re-register to vote, as permanent absentee voters in Michigan, but since their Israeli addresses appear on the voter rolls and there are no updates to their Israeli mailing addresses, it doesn’t appear they ever re-registered. So, how did these 13 registered voters suddenly go from having mailing addresses in Israel to becoming “permanent absentee voters” in Michigan?
Many of the Yiddish first and middle names of the registered “voters” at the coffee shop address in Detroit have the same first and middle names. It’s probably just a coincidence [insert sarcasm here].
Every single one of the 18 of 31 registered voters at the 12041 Dexter, Detroit, MI address registered to vote within days of each other. They only used three registration dates between the 18 “voters”: November 21, 22 or 25, 2025.
Every one of the 18 registered voters at the Detroit coffee shop lists their sex as “U” or Unidentified. Refael Weiss Shimshon, who is registered with an Israeli mailing address, is the only voter who lists “M” as their sex on their registration.
You may have wondered if there were apartments above the coffee shop where the 31 Yiddish voters lived. We wondered the same thing, so we reached out to the owner, Keyona Barnes to ask here if there were apartments above the coffee shop, and if so, were they inhabited by anyone. Ms. Barnes did not answer my message, so we turned to the NCOA (National Change of Address) to discover if anyone was receiving mail above the coffee shop. The NCOA lists the apartments above 12041 Dexter as “Vacant” and shows the only mail that’s delivered to 12041 Dexter is to Barnes Holding, LLC, the owner of the coffee shop. According to local business records, the upper level of the coffee shop is around 1,100 square feet and has 1.5 bathrooms, so it’s highly unlikely that 31 individuals (likely more, since we are only seeing 31 registered, voting age individuals) are currently living above the coffee shop. Michigan election law also requires anyone voting from an apartment or condo to designate the apartment or unit number along with the street address, otherwise they would not be able to ensure election mail is being sent to the proper individual/s.
That’s not the end of this story…
Before Ms. Barnes took over the coffee shop on Dexter in Detroit, a 501c3 from Kansas City, Kansas, opened the coffee shop and named it Eleos Coffee House.
On March 20, 2017, the Metro Times met with the then-manager of Eleos Cafe to discuss their vision for opening this coffee shop “in one of Detroit’s poorest zip codes that also holds one of its highest crime rates.”
Sean, one of the Eleos Coffee House managers told the Metro Times their mission wasn’t just about money. “‘Where can we have the greatest impact?” he asked. “It’s not just necessarily about ‘Hey, where can we sell the most cups of coffee?’ But, ‘Where can we impact a community the greatest?’ And this is one of those.
Two years later, Eleos was closing up shop. In an Detour Detroiter article, Eleos owner Dan Smith, explained how the coffee shop was no longer profitable or manageable, which seems to directly conflict with the earlier statement by his manager who said they’re not in it for a profit.
We looked into the Kansas City Eleos Coffee House and discovered they are soliciting donations in their most recent newsletter to help people get birth certificates and identification.
BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND IDS
So far in 2025, we’re seeing a greater need for obtaining Birth Certificates and ID cards. This has turned into an easy and practical way for Eleos to help those in need take their first step to stability. These documents open doors for employment, housing, and other resources.
While we have no evidence that any of the 31 “voter registrants” living at 12041 Dexter Ave. in Detroit obtained fake documents to register to vote, we can confirm that we were able to verify the identity of several of the so-called “residents” at the coffee shop address.
Curiously, the newly elected US Senator Elissa Slotkin, a former CIA Analyst, who defeated the Trump-endorsed Republican candidate Mike Rogers by a very narrow margin in 2024, in a state that Trump won, recently made a trip to the coffee shop in one of the most high-crime neighborhoods in Detroit for a photo op.
In 2020, the TCF Center, where absentee ballots were being counted in Detroit, Michigan, became the laughing stock of the nation when outside agitators and Democrat election workers covered the windows to prevent GOP poll challengers who were locked out of the room after being told to “take a break while the ‘military ballots’ were being counted, from watching the UOCAVA ballots being counted.
When the George Soros-funded SOS Jocelyn Benson was asked by the now-deceased WJR host Frank Beckmann, why the workers were covering the windows, she lied, telling him that the Detroit Police (see photo below) had to cover the windows with paper because they were being “broken” by GOP poll challengers. I was inside the counting room when the windows were being covered with paper and pizza boxes by workers and outside agitators who had been working with Democrats to threaten and intimidate GOP poll workers throughout the day. Somehow, Democrat and outside agitators working in unison with Democrat poll challengers and attornies, knew to have pizza delivered to the counting room and not to leave in advance of the doors being locked. The majority of GOP poll challengers moved to a separate room on another floor they were given to take a break and grab lunch.

Multiple poll challengers, including myself, later testified that the ballots appeared to be copies of each other and that all of the ‘military’ voters voted either straight ticket Democrat or for Joe Biden. When poll workers couldn’t find the voter in the poll books, they gave them a fake birth date of 1/1/1900, which would override the system and allow them to push the vote through without any verification that the voter existed. President Trump retweeted my testimony before the MI Senate Oversight Committee before his Twitter account was shut down.

Former MI Senator Patrick Colbeck, who has been at the forefront of the fight for fair and transparent elections in the state of Michigan, called out MI Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson on Truth Social, for either refusing to send or ignoring the July 21, 2025 request for information by the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division.
According to Colbeck, the DOJ asked Michigan’s decietful Secretary of State to provide them with the following information by August 4, 2025:
EAC Election Administration Compliance featuring explanations for the following anomalies:
•95.1% Registration for Voting Age Population
•MI 4.5% confirmation notices while 19.5% is national average
•MI 4.2% voters removed while 9.1% is national average
•Only 96,900 voters removed for failure to respond to confirmation notice
•MI 45.7% of all registration transactions were duplicate registrations
•No response to duplicate record removal question
HAVA Compliance:
•Failure to have unique voter ID for each voter
•Procedures for removing ineligible voters (non-citizen, adjudicated incompetent, felony conviction)
In his post on Truth Social, former Senator Colbeck reminded Michigan’s Democrat Secretary of State that because she did not provide the DOJ with the information they requested, per President Trump’s Executive Order 14248, that Michigan will be “moved to the top of the DoJ election fraud investigation list.”
