President Trump is scheduled to deliver remarks to veterans and service members at 4 pm ET during a visit to the Fort Bragg Army base in North Carolina.
The speech is scheduled for after President Trump, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, and Secretary of the Army Dan Driscoll observe a military demonstration in celebration of the Army’s 250th anniversary on Saturday, June 14.
Tonight’s speech comes as the President faces criticism from radical left Democrats over his deployment of the National Guard and 700 Marines to stop the insurrectionists and foreign invaders wreaking havoc on California.
President Trump deputized 4,000 California National Guard Troops and deployed 700 US Marines to downtown Los Angeles after the LAPD got overwhelmed by the violent anti-ICE rioters.
California’s Democrat Governor Newsom and failed Democrat LA Mayor Karen Bass have blamed the feds for the violence and filed a lawsuit against the President’s use of federal troops.
President Trump on Tuesday also threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act if the lawlessness in Los Angeles continues.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, the rioters began looting stores in Los Angeles, in addition to lighting cars on fire across the city, attacking law enforcement, destroying police cars, and hurling explosives at an ICE facility.
