Conservative influencer and author Ashley St. Clair has accused Elon Musk of abandoning his responsibilities as a father.
Just one day after revealing she welcomed Musk’s 13th child, St. Clair, 26, is now demanding the billionaire “finish their agreement” on co-parenting.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Ashley St. Clair announced on X Friday night, alleging that Elon Musk is the father of her 5-month-old child.
The post, captioned with the Latin phrase “Alea iacta est”—meaning “The die is cast.”
“Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father,” she wrote.
“I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.
“I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting,” she concluded.

On Saturday, St. Clair sat down for an interview with the New York Post, where she shed more light on her alleged romance with Musk and the subsequent fallout.
She described Musk as “funny” and “down to Earth,” but also accused the billionaire of wanting to keep their baby hidden from the public.
“My child is the most perfect thing that happened to me. I wouldn’t change anything,” St. Clair told The Post.
However, she also alleged that Musk, 53, demanded she keep her pregnancy secret forever.
According to St. Clair, the relationship with Musk began with social media interactions.
“He slid into my DMs. I think it was a meme,” she recalled.
St. Clair said her “gay best friend” frequently encouraged her to watch Musk’s SpaceX launches, which eventually led to her meeting the billionaire in person.
She was 24 years old at the time and Musk was 51. The romance quickly escalated, with Musk allegedly inviting her to fly to different cities.
However, after becoming pregnant, St. Clair claimed she was instructed to remain silent and even keep the child’s existence hidden from most of her loved ones.
“I was completely isolated during my pregnancy. Every part of my career and everything I used to do, I couldn’t do anymore. I was told not to tell anybody,” she told The Post.
To ensure secrecy, Musk allegedly provided her with a lavish apartment in Manhattan’s Financial District, where rent can soar to $40,000 per month, along with a security detail.
Despite the secrecy, St. Clair says she was forced into the open when a tabloid journalist began investigating the story. That’s what led her to make her shocking announcement on X, where she accused the media of attempting to harm her and her baby.
During her interview with The Post, St. Clair claimed she had warned Musk’s team ahead of time that she would be posting her allegations on X Friday before hitting send.
“He ignored it,” she alleged.
Since her post, St. Clair has received no direct response from Musk, though he did cryptically respond “Whoa” to a separate post from Milo Yiannopoulos highlighting a tweet St. Clair made in 2020 about wanting to get “Elon Musk’s attention for a marriage proposal.”

Musk’s nonchalance did not sit well with St. Clair, who replied in a now-deleted post.
“Elon, we have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded. When are you going to reply to us instead of publicly responding to smears from an individual who just posted photos of me in underwear at 15 years old?”
In another deleted tweet, St. Clair wrote:
“It’s interesting that Elon is responding to this clearly in jest screenshot that was discussed with his team months ago in a documented call. Now he decides to respond to it publicly from an account that posted underage photos of me, as if he wasn’t asking me to have more children last week.
“I would like to take this offline for our child’s sake and have been attempting to so for weeks.”
Brian Glicklich, a representative for St. Clair, later issued a formal statement, confirming that she and Musk “had been privately working towards the creation of an agreement about raising their child for some time.”
“Ashley & Elon have been privately working towards the creation of an agreement about raising their child for some time. It is disappointing that a tabloid reporter, who repeatedly ambushed Ashley and her family, made it impossible to complete that process confidentially.
“We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his parental role with Ashley, to end unwarranted speculation, and Ashley trusts that Elon intends to finish their agreement quickly, in the best interests of the wellbeing and security of the child they share.
