BIDEN PARDONED OVER 100,000 CRIMINALS.
When a reporter accosted Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and asked her about the J6 pardons, Rep. Greene gave a perfect response. “I’ve seen all the Democrat-run networks ad nauseum about January 6th. And they just can’t get over themselves, but they don’t give a sh*t about real Americans!”
She challenged the reporter as to why the media ignores the pardons issued by the Biden regime, especially the criminals who burned cities all over the country during the spring, summer, and fall of 2020 in the BLM riots.

The media ignores over 100,000 criminals that the Biden administration, the Garland DOJ, and the DC Courts effectively pardoned by choosing not to prosecute, offering sweetheart plea deals, or issuing light sentences.
Here are some examples.
Jason Charter, according to court documents, participated in tearing down two historic statues in restricted areas in D.C., including lighting one of them on fire, while the crowd chanted Black Lives Matter and while the media explained to the audience that the crimes were justified because of “racial justice.”After tearing down two statues and committing two assaults, including an assault on a police officer, Charter was charged only with misdemeanors and sentenced to probation.
Edward William Carubis, according to court documents, during the Portland riots assaulted a federal law enforcement officer by shining a laser into his eyes and causing damage to the officer’s vision. He was allowed to plead to a single misdemeanor and was sentenced to time served for three days in jail, no probation, and a $25 fine.
The Biden Regime effectively commuted the sentence of Montez Terriel Lee, a BLM rioter who, according to the Government’s sentencing memo, broke into and poured fire accelerant around someone’s private shop, and lit the shop on fire.
The whole thing was caught on video, with Lee pumping his fist and shouting “we’re gonna burn this bitch down.”
Sadly, the remains of 30-year-old Oscar Lee Stewart were discovered days later within the rubble that was once the store that Lee burned down.
According to the Government sentencing guidelines, he should have been sentenced to over 20 years in prison.
But according to the Biden Regime, “this is an extraordinary case” because “Mr. Lee credibly states that he was in the streets to protest unlawful police violence against black men, and there is no basis to disbelieve this statement.”
The Government actually likened him to Martin Luthor King, Jr. who “stated in an interview with CBC’s Mike Wallace in 1966 that ‘we’ve got to see that a riot is the language of the unheard.’”
Got that? BLM rioters are “the unheard,” but J6ers are insurrectionists. Lee got 10 years for his crimes. J6er Dominic Pezzola got the same for breaking a window.
The list of individual BLMers who were arrested and given negligible sentences for crimes that would have landed them in prison for years is long. But when the BLMers who were not charged at all are considered, the list easily exceeds 100,000, if not many more.
According to the January 6 jurisprudence, everyone present at a riot can be charged with 18 U.S.C. § 231(a)(3), which makes it a felony carrying a penalty of five years in federal prison for committing ANY ACT that obstructs, impedes, or interferes with law enforcement while they are responding to a civil disorder.
Hundreds of non-violent January 6 defendants were charged, convicted, and incarcerated for committing this unconstitutionally broad felony. In 1987, the Supreme Court held that a similar law was unconstitutional because it allows the government to pick and choose who to arrest with “unguided discretion.”
While the government exercised that unguided discretion against hundreds of non-violent J6ers, the Government was willfully blind to thousands of BLMers who obstructed police from responding to fires that burnt down government buildings and private businesses.
During a BLM riot in Minneapolis in May of 2020, CNN provided live coverage as the cheering mob gathered and hurled fireworks at the Third Precinct Police Station as it burned in flames. CNN’s law enforcement expert reported:
“Police had made a calculated decision that they are not going to enforce what we are seeing behind us. There is fire being set to the police department as you can hear what’s going on behind us, there are fireworks going off, people climbing up the side of the building.
They made the calculated decision that they are not going to stop people from doing that. I think the reason is they know that any type of police presence here is going to be met with aggression and agitation by this crowd that is clearly unhappy.
We were just three blocks away at a financial institution that was on fire. The fire department was there but they were keeping a distance, they were not moving in to fight this fire, not wanting to put themselves in jeopardy or danger from this crowd that was clearly agitated. …
They are going to let this building burn…They know the decision right now is you lose a building, or you lose lives, potentially.”
Every person in that scene could have been charged with the felony 18 U.S.C. § 231(a)(3), but according to Government statistics, in Minneapolis, after the George Floyd riot of 2020, the Government only charged a single individual with 18 U.S.C. § 231(a)(3).
(Brandon Michael Wolfe, the man charged with burning the Third Precinct, was sentenced to 41 months. J6er Richard “Bigo” Barnett was sentenced to 54 months for putting his feet on Nancy Pelosi’s staffer’s desk. Wolfe will be released soon, if he hasn’t already.)
During the BLM riots in Atlanta, CNN reporters were in actual fear of their lives as the “mostly peaceful protestors” sieged their headquarters in a scene that is far more frightening than anything that occurred on January 6 at the Capitol. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yve9DhT8Nt4.
Dozens of protestors confronted a line of police officers with riot shields, smashed windows, and hurled explosives, threatening the lives of police and CNN employees. Yet the Government only brought 7 cases of 18 U.S.C. § 231(a)(3) in the Northern District of Georgia after the riots.
The allegation that January 6 was the worst day in American history is a lie. Every hour of every BLM riot was many orders of magnitude worse than the January 6 protest that lasted less than three hours from the breach of the Senate Wing door just after 2:00 p.m. until the people dispersed by the Western Tunnel at just before 5:00 p.m.
By selectively and ruthlessly prosecuting even peaceful January 6 defendants, while turning a blind eye to possibly hundreds of thousands of BLM protestors who committed the same “crimes,” the Biden regime gave its supporters de facto pardons, while destroying the lives of 1,600 J6ers and their families.
Marjorie Taylor Greene is correct. The reason the government and the media choose to focus on January 6 while ignoring BLM is because “they don’t give a sh*t about real Americans!” Destroy a small business, no problem.
But if you dare wave an American flag in the “People’s House” or put your feet on Nancy Pelosi’s staffer’s desk, you’re going to prison for a long time.
The Biden regime’s unprecedented targeting of political enemies fundamentally changed this country. J6 was only an opening salvo. If nothing is done over the next four years to prevent it from ever happening again, God help us all on January 20, 2029.
