Green Beret Master Sergeant Matthew Livelsberger and his ex-girlfriend, Alicia Arritt, reportedly on a hike in Washington State while they both attended “spy school”
Green Beret Master Sergeant Matthew Livelsberger, who reportedly drove a rented Tesla Cybertruck up in front of the Las Vegas Trump International before first killing himself and then detonating a bed full of explosives, had an interesting exchange with an ex-girlfriend prior to the Vegas bombing.
In the text message exchange, initially reported by The Gazette, the Green Beret Master Sergeant texted his ex-girlfriend about the thrill of renting the Cybertruck.
According to screenshots, Livelsberger wrote, “I rented a Tesla cybertruck[.] It’s the shit[.]”
In the next text message, a moment later, he told his ex, “I’m building drones in my new position[.] you would love it” at 9:06am.
There is no date visible in the text, but the ex-girlfriend, Alicia Arritt, said the exchange took place on Sunday from Denver, according to text screenshots. She described his attitude as “playful” in nature.
He then sent two photos of the Cybertruck from a parking lot before saying, “I feel like Batman or halo,” likely referring to the popular X-Box video Halo and the warthog vehicle that the main character, Spartan 117, is often driving around in.

Arritt responded with a series of emojis and “I don’t know if it’s cool or I should bully you about it” and asked “how fast is it[?]”
“Ungodly,” responded Livelsberger.

After a brief discussion about it matching his Kobe’s, Arritt asked how Livelsberger’s mother is doing.
“She’s still the same no change so lame” he responded.

The Gazette reported:
It sounded like conversation between old friends, but, according to Arritt, it was strange to hear from him out of the blue. The two had stopped talking and moved on after a painful 2021 breakup.
Livelsberger married and had a baby daughter. Arritt is a single mother who works 12-hour shifts.
She was glad to hear from him.
In an interview, a woman claiming to be a neighbor of Livelsberger said that his wife had just had a baby daughter “not too long ago” that is “very young.” However, the FBI has reported that he was separated from his wife recently.

Arritt said that she met Livelsberger in 2018 at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany when she was an Army nurse and he was serving in Special Forces. The two went on a “government trip for ‘spy school’ in Washington State,” according to The Gazette.
Arritt said in 2019, he became “isolated” and showed “depressive symptoms” because of a Traumatic Brain Injury he suffered in the Middle East.
Livelsberger’s uncle claimed he was a big Trump supporter. Arritt that she knew him “politically…as a conservative.”
