The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the elimination of 14 Hamas terrorists, six of whom were directly involved in the Oct. 7, 2023 massacre in Israel, which left over 1,200 people dead and resulted in 250 hostages being taken.
According to IDF reports, the counterterrorism operation was conducted in coordination with the Israel Security Agency (ISA). The mission lasted about a month and targeted locations in Jabalya, Beit Lahiya, and Gaza.
In a post on X, the IDF highlighted the death of Rasem Judeh. According to the IDF, Judeh was the Hamas commander in the Jabalya area and played a key role in the Oct. 7 massacre.
The IDF emphasized in their post:
“The IDF and ISA will continue to operate against every terrorist who participated in the brutal October 7 Massacre.”

Hamas Activity Detected at Hospital
Recently, IDF surveillance detected Hamas activity at the El-Wafa Hospital in Shejaiya, one of Gaza’s largest neighborhoods. The facility was reportedly used by Hamas terrorists to plan and launch attacks against IDF troops.
In a separate post on X, the IDF detailed the precautionary measures taken before striking the hospital to minimize harm to innocent civilians:
” Prior to the strike, numerous steps were taken to mitigate the risk of harming civilians and civil facilities, including the use of precise munitions, aerial surveillance, and additional intelligence.”

The IDF also underscored that using hospital facilities for terrorist purposes constitutes yet another violation of international law.
