Biden delivers remarks in Angola, Africa – December 3, 2024
Joe Biden spoke at the National Museum of Slavery in Angola, Africa on Tuesday, where he showcased a commitment of $3 billion to redevelop the Lobito Corridor railway and pledged more than $1 billion in additional humanitarian aid.
According to the Associated Press, White House national security spokesperson John Kirby said the project is “going to take years,” and they hope President Trump and his administration “see the value too.”
This comes as Americans are still suffering devastation caused by storms in the Southeast region, including Hurricane Helene in North Carolina and Hurricane Milton in Florida. But our government doesn’t care. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Officials with the so-called Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) even ordered relief workers to purposely skip over homes in Florida displaying Trump signs in the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. Hurricane Helene victims in North Carolina are still sleeping in tents as FEMA slow-rolls recovery efforts.
Meanwhile, FEMA also doesn’t have enough money to help Americans suffering because the Biden Regime has burned through $1 billion to resettle illegal aliens, and Biden continues sending billions of dollars overseas.
The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that Biden arrived in Africa Monday to meet with President João Lourenço of Angola.
Once again, the so-called President embarrassed America on the world stage when Lourenço had to jerk Biden’s arm to guide him on the red carpet during the arrival ceremony.

Biden further embarrassed the United States with a dumb joke about the Biden family.
“We Bidens are like poor relatives. We show up when we’re invited, we stay longer than we should, eat all your food, and don’t know when to go home,” Biden said.
During his speech at the Museum of Slavery, Biden made the pledge of “over $1 billion of new humanitarian support for Africans displaced from homes by historic droughts and food insecurity” and had several more embarrassing moments.
Watch below:
Biden: You know, that’s the right thing for the wealthiest nation in the world to do, and today, I’m announcing over $1 billion of new humanitarian support for Africans displaced from homes by historic droughts and food insecurity. We know African leaders and citizens are seeking more than just aid. You seek investments. So, the United States is expanding our relationship all across Africa, from assistance to aid, investment to trade, moving from patrons to partners to help break the infrastructure gap. I was told, by the way, when I got elected, I could never get an infrastructure Bill passed.
During his speech, Biden just started rambling incoherently about the “vibrant city.” It’s not even clear what he’s talking about.
Biden also bizarrely declared himself “the most pro-rail guy in America,” claiming that he’s ridden over 1.3 million miles on trains “on a daily basis,” an oddly specific and high estimate.
