During their conversation, Kamala told Chuck that the border is secure in a long blathering statement.
When Todd points out that 2 million illegal aliens just walked across the border last year, Kamala doubled-down, insisting the border was secure.

For the record, the Meet the Press interview was in Texas but Kamala DID NOT visit the border while she was there.
